How to place your order: Add items you would like to purchase to cart and proceed to checkout. In "notes to seller" on Paypal, type your order details (sizes, names, date, font style, font color) or any other information we need to complete your order. Or you may email us the details after purchase, info@tackyt.com. Please include your name and order number on all emails.
After we have received your order and information we will email your proof within 1 business day.
We want your items to arrive on time, if you have a "need by date" please let us know when you place your order.
Normal processing time is 5-7 days after proof approval. During high volume seasons (Christmas, Wedding seasons Feb.-July) processing time can take 7-10 days after proof approval. We do offer Rush service if you need it, please email us prior to placing a rush order so we can check our schedule. If you would like to find out current processing time email us at info@tackyt.com
Every shirt is custom made to order, so some processing time is needed.
Please turn off any spam blockers and check your spam, bulk and junk mail folders often. Many of our emails/proofs are placed there by several servers such as: aol, yahoo, hotmail, ect.
Custom Designs: Don't see what you want here? We have a creative department available to help. Email us details of what you have in mind and our creative team will create your design for you.
Popular Fonts & Colors We have hundreds of fonts, if you have a different font in mind just let us know we would be happy to check if we have it. We can do any font color, except white.
All of these fonts can be used on any of our custom & personalized designs, just let us know after purchase which font choice you would like. If you do not specify a font or text color the default font and color on the design will be used.
Depending on the operating system your computer uses, 98, ME, XP, Vista ect. some fonts may not view correctly on some of our product pages. If you would like to see a sample of any of our fonts please email us. info@tackyt.com

NOTE: T-shirt colors may vary slightly due to monitor and computer settings.
They run a little big because of the 2 year increments. So they are sized for typical children's size for the age. Example: Size Y Sm is for a typical sized child between the ages of 6-8, but all children are not the same size if they are unusually tall for their age maybe a Y Med would be better, please use the size chart if needed.
It is always best to measure a shirt they have and compare the size, for best fit.
